Your electrician, just like an automobile mechanic, should be able to show you the parts removed.
Your electrician's primary interest should be safety first.

It is very important that you hire an electrician that takes pride in their work and just isn't in it for a fast buck.

Ask your electrician how long they has been working in the Houston area. If they are an independent contractor, ask them what companies they have worked for in the past.

A good electrician doesn't mind answering as many questions as you may have. After all, the safety of your family and home rely on their ability to do the work safely, properly and up to code.
